It has been a week since we set foot in a hospital. Jacob was discharged last Wednesday and we have had no ER visits since then. We are looking forward to a few more weeks at home. Jacob has been to one of his two doctor's appointments for today and he now weighs 10lbs 5ozs. He hope that he continues to gain weight and we are planning a surgery to put in a G-Tube and do a fundoplication to eliminate his reflux as much as possible.
Audri and I have been amazed at how our family and friends have gone the extra mile to show how much they care. We deeply appreciate the prayers you all have given on our behalf and especially how our church and friends in Rome have taken several hours out of their day (and sometimes their whole day) to come visit with us. We are forever grateful for all the things people have done to show that they care.

I hope Jacob continues to do well...wow, our Ben didn't hit 10 lbs until he was 7 months old! Best of luck with the surgery.
